PERSONALISED COACHING

You don't need to know exactly what you need.

You may know exactly what you want to work on.

Or perhaps you just know there’s something in your life you’d like to understand, change or approach differently.

You don’t need to work out which kind of coaching you need before you contact me.

Bring me what’s happening for you. We can start there and explore what might be useful.

Coaching with me.

You don’t need someone to tell you how to live your life.

I believe in you — even when you’re finding it difficult to believe in yourself.

Chances are, you’ve spent a lot of your life figuring things out for yourself.

But when you’re right in the middle of something, it can be difficult to see beyond what you already know,
believe or expect.

That’s where coaching can help.

My role is to create the space for you to think, talk things through and look at what’s happening
from different perspectives.

I’ll listen. I’ll ask questions. Sometimes I’ll challenge you. And sometimes I’ll ask the question that
makes you stop and think:

“I’ve never looked at it that way before.”

Together, we can explore what matters to you, what might be getting in the way — and what you want to do next.

I’ll challenge you when you need it, help you see things from another perspective and remind you of what you may not yet be able to see in yourself.

Because the answer doesn’t need to come from me. It needs to feel right for you.

Simply click the button below to send me an email. We'll arrange a time to meet on Zoom, where you can tell me a little about what's happening in your life, explore what you'd like to change, and see whether working together feels right for you.

There's no obligation — just an opportunity to start a conversation.

“Linda asks lots of questions and some of them made me feel uncomfortable, but they got me thinking in ways I hadn’t thought before. I can now say that my life is improving every day, both financially and in my relationships.”
